Snowshoe Rentals and Programs

Take the opportunity to experience walking on snowshoes this winter. 

You and/or your class/group/family can rent snowshoes from Ausable Bayfield Conservation. 

Families can rent snowshoes directly from the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority (ABCA) Administration Centre office at 71108 Morrison Line, RR 3 Exeter, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Schools/groups can rent snowshoes for the day and your teachers lead snowshoe programs.

Classes/groups can go to Morrison Dam Conservation Area, 2 km east of Exeter, for a two-hour snowshoe program.

Snowshoe Rental Fees:

Set of snowshoes (up to 30 pairs) – $94.50

Each pair = $5.51/pair/day

Families can also rent snowshoes for the weekend, for $11.55 per pair (minimum 2-day rental charge; pick-up on Friday and return on Monday by 9:00 a.m.)

The following, subject to update, is the approved 2024 fees for snowshoe rentals:

• Per pair (daily) – $5.51
• Per pair (weekend) – $11.55
• Set of snowshoes (up to 30 pairs) – $94.50
