Drinking Water Source Protection

Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority has special responsibilities as lead source protection authority for delivery of drinking water source protection planning, in the Ausable Bayfield Maitland Valley Source Protection Region, through the Ontario Clean Water Act, 2006.

Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority has also been delegated municipal Risk Management Office duties by a number of local municipalities.
