The Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority (ABCA) reminds everyone that there is no overnight camping on any property owned and/or managed by ABCA.

Any camping on our properties is prohibited and is illegal and can result in charges.

The prohibition of camping is enforced by conservation authority staff and by enforcement staff delegated by the conservation authority.

These rules must be followed and are enforced under laws including the Trespass to Property Act and the Conservation Authorities Act

Use of properties, owned lands and lands managed by ABCA, is permitted in daytime hours only.

To learn more visit our web page of permitted and prohibited uses.
